Christmas 2009
Christmas Eve was at our house again with the immediate family....Aunt Ellie, Uncle Jeff & Wyatt were not able to come home from Alaska this year -new Baby on the way, plus they just got back from Hawaii. If I had the choice of Hawaii or WI, I'd take Hawaii too! We missed you!!
Gammy Gwen, Lexi, Dru, Poppa Jim and Great Grandpa JimLexi, Poppa Gary, Gammy Pam and Dru
Mark made another wonderful Christmas dinner - Cornish Game hens with an awesome stuffing! Cheesy potatoes, Asparagus, creamed corn and even a ham (which we were all too full to have for dinner!)

After dinner and opening presents (won't bore you with the numerous present pictures!) we tried out Wii Bowling! Fun, Fun!
Great Grandma Evie enjoyed her cuddle time with Stitch - now if it were up to us and Grandma Evie Stitch would have gone home with them but Grandpa Jim say no way (I don't blame him ;-)
Can't you just see the "love" on Granpa Jim face!?! More like "Evie, don't even think about it!"
The Band Green Fog! Look out Jonas Brothers!
Dru takes after his Dad's music taste - he's a pro at Eye of the Tiger (but he doesn't have the "Rocky" pants like dad ;-)!
Have to get a nice picture first :-) The let off a little steam from the holiday stress! Do * & & years olds have holiday stress??
Santa made it our house once again! He delivered Rock Band 2 - woo hoo! Not quite sure if that was for the kids or Mark ;-)

New Toy
The new "Toy"....We have a friend that works for a bank and gets information on repo'd items and let us know about a 2003 Mr. Pike 16 w/a 90hp motor, trolling motor and trailer that was available...let's just say you couldn't pass it up. So, now I get to park in the driveway while the boat is in the garage until we can get it moved! But it wiil make for alot of family fun for summers to come - fishing, tubing and just hanging out!
Seriously...when Mark, his Dad & Lexi got home with the boat it had road/snow dirt on it and snow/dirty footprints on the carpet (2 unmentionables walked on it with their wet, dirty shoes ;-). So Mark & his Dad got right on cleaning it up. He can clean a boat but I can't get him to clean the house! (Just kidding, sort of, he does clean the kitchen/dishes ;-)
Where did I leave off....
Snow, Snow, Let the snow begin! Ugh! Schools were closed and even my work (a call center) delayed opening! UGH...snowplows bite! I spent about 45 min. shoveling out the tiny spot behind my car when the snow plow came by..I moved and stood at the end of the driveway so he would see me and maybe slow down....do you think he did? NOPE! He flew right by and burried me up to mid thigh and filled in the spot I just shovelled and filled it up with more snow than I just shovelled out! Lucky for him I had big gloves on so he could see my "gesture"!
